Fees are set by the carrier and passed through as-is.

Critical Logistics Notes and Operational Processes

Carrier Selection and Differences: Colis Privé is used only for B2C shipments, while GLS supports both B2B and B2C shipments. The carrier offering the most suitable conditions is assigned automatically according to operational requirements.
Delivery Attempts: GLS and Colis Privé standardly offer next-business-day redelivery or drop-off at the nearest pickup point for recipients who cannot be reached at the address. The recipient is notified instantly by SMS/email.
Damage and Loss Reporting: If damage is detected on the outer packaging at delivery, a "Damaged Delivery" note must be recorded. For concealed damage, photo-based reporting is required within 48 hours after delivery.
Fuel Surcharge: GLS and Colis Privé apply their own monthly fuel surcharge rates. Rates are updated every month and are additionally reflected in the relevant carrier invoice.
Return Process (Reverse Logistics): Parcels that cannot be delivered or are refused by the customer are sent back to the outbound warehouse. The outbound fee plus the return processing fee are billed during the return process.

Volume Advantage: Shipping pricing bills you in the right package according to the number of shipments you make during that month.
